Getting a 404 Error

Are you getting a 404 error while trying to view your ASP pages? If you're running Windows 2003, there's an easy fix for you.

Go into IIS, and open up the main entry for your "local computer". Now click on the bottom folder, for Web Service Extension. Here you see what you allow and prohibit running on your server. Look for Active Server Pages. It's probably set to prohibited! Click on that entry, click on Allow, and you should be all set!
